As the winds blow,
I’m challenged to stand still,

Grounded.

Fixed.

When I look up,
and see her brightness,
I smile.
Because I know,
she will never let us fall.

Instead,
Will always help us,
Stand tall.

Transfixed at the top of the mountain,
Seeing our journey toward her,
She lets us seek comfort,
In all her beauty.

The skies.
The trees.
The smells of the earth — Her resilience.

I write from the crossroads of logic and imagination, where the left brain meets the right, and my South Asian roots add rich layers to every story in between.
